What are the specifications for tool bar images?

The Toolbar image must be 16 pixels high and 208 pixels wide.  Each button is 16 pixels square.  The Message Status image must be 16 pixels high and 120 pixels wide.  Each indicator is 24 pixels wide.  Check out icon websites for custom toolbar and status images.  The small Windows icons are 16 pixels square
