Changes from v1.2.2

1. The "don't strip Message-ID" checkbox has been re-enabled.

2. Additional functions have been added, see headers.c for
details.

This app is freeware and is released under the terms of the
GPL as required by Mark's original source code release. You
may use it per the GPL, host it on any website and distribute
it as you see fit. No warranty is implied or provided, and
while it has been extensively tested on Windows 2000 and XP,
use at your own risk.

ZoneAlarm is known to cause problems. If NewsAgent crashes,
try disabling ZoneAlarm.
